Miss Celia Emehuru Obinna , a visionary woman from Rundele in Emohua Local Government Area Of Rivers State, passionate about ending poor hygiene conditions and bacterial infections in schools and communities in Rivers State and across Nigeria. She attended the Government Girls Secondary School Rumueme Port Harcourt Rivers State, formerly known as Model Girls Secondary School and lived in the school environment as a boarder in the school’s hostel. Miss Celia Emehuru Obinna founded the integrated agenda for bacterial infection control. She is a passionate advocate for public health, hygiene and child wellbeing. Every Child Deserves A Clean And Safe Toilet

Through her leadership, IABIC has become a beacon for better sanitation and
hygiene practices in Nigeria. In this regard she wrote a book titled Good
Hygiene, Good Living. This book acts as a guide for students in secondary
schools, on how bacteria infections can be avoided, how to manage the
cleanliness of toilets and how maintaining a proper hygiene can influence their
environment. She understands the need for having good toilet facilities in
schools as she herself attended a public school during her teenage years and
she has made it her mission to support students and communities with her
knowledge and experiences.
